Google Cloud stated on Friday that it will expand its AI-powered security operations (SecOps) area to India, in compliance with the country’s data localization regulations.

According to the firm, Google Cloud can assist more companies in the public and private sectors in realising the advantages of secure cloud infrastructure with the launch of the nation’s first SecOps region.
The security operations platform from Google Cloud is made to support security operations centre (SOC) teams at every stage of the detection and response process.
Google Cloud has revealed changes to Gemini in its security operations, aimed at reducing labour and manual procedures among security personnel.
