Dr. Keshav A. Bulbule is an esteemed consultant at the Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET) in Hyderabad and E-Parisaraa, located in the Peenya Industrial Estate, Bangalore. At C-MET, he plays a pivotal role in advancing the development of electronic materials and their processing technologies. His work is instrumental in establishing C-MET as a leading source of vital electronic materials, expertise, and technical services for various sectors of the economy.
Dr. Bulbule’s commitment to environmental sustainability is evident through his active involvement at E-Parisaraa, India’s first authorized electronic waste recycler, where he focuses on the eco-friendly recycling and reuse of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). His innovative research in e-waste recycling has yielded numerous technical publications, significantly contributing to the field’s body of knowledge.
He holds a Master’s degree from Karnatak University Dharwad and earned his PhD from Kuvempu University Shimoga, with a thesis on e-waste recycling. Dr. Bulbule also serves as a technical consultant on a notable project funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, which aims to recover valuable metals from discarded printed circuit boards.

Dr. Bulbule’s dedication to science and education has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Sigma Xi Award from the Infosys Foundation in 2004, the “State Outstanding Teacher Award for Innovative Science Teaching” by the Vision Group on Science and Technology in 2011, and the Tata Chemicals Best Chemistry Teacher Award, which was presented by Hon’ble Dr. ShashiTharoor in 2012.
