Day 3 Preview: The Intelligent Laboratory Takes Shape

Intelligent Laboratory Takes Shape

The closing day asks what changes when laboratories get smarter — a keynote on the intelligent lab, a head-to-head debate on trusting AI with analytical decisions, a spotlight on the analytical lab of 2030, and a real-world case study on data-to-quality-decision workflows.

The fair’s final conference day carries the theme “Smarter Science, Stronger Quality: The Next Era of Pharmaceutical Analytics & Intelligent Laboratories,” run in collaboration with PharmiVon, and opens with a short keynote from Neuland Laboratories’ Chief Quality Officer, Ashutosh K Sinha, on what changes now that laboratories are becoming genuinely intelligent.

The centrepiece is a 45-minute “2×2 industry face-off” — a structured debate format rather than a conventional panel — putting two pairs of quality and analytical leaders from GRK Research Labs, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Biologics, BE BIOSOL (a Biological E. Limited subsidiary) and Stabicon Life Sciences on opposite sides of a pointed question: can AI be trusted with analytical decisions at all.

The day closes with three shorter, sequential sessions rather than another panel: a spotlight from Ferring Pharmaceuticals’ Ratnakar Satapathy on what will change first in the analytical laboratory by 2030, an executive address from Pivot Path’s Gurpreet Singh on integrating people, process and technology in global drug development, and a real-world case study from Stabicon Life Sciences’ Karikalan M walking through how lab data becomes a quality decision on the ground.
