Running September 10–12, 2026, analytica Lab India occupied five interconnected halls at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad, organized across a West Wing and an East Wing flanking a central registration and logistics axis. The layout separated exhibitors by category — physical testing and chromatography hardware on one side, high-purity chemicals and tier-one analytical platforms on the other — with a design intended to streamline navigation for the thousands of attendees moving through the fairground each day.

The West Wing: Physical Testing, Chromatography, and Metrology
Hall 1 — Pharmaceutical Processing Machinery and Benchtop Hardware. Hall 1 centered on physical sample conditioning, stability testing, and general laboratory infrastructure. Major exhibitors included Labindia Instruments, Remi Elektrotechnik, Electrolab India, Erweka (India), Huber Process Control Systems, Mack Pharmatech, Aczet, and Osworld Scientific Equipments, with displays spanning stability chambers, automated dissolution units, industrial autoclaves, and high-precision analytical balances. The hall also housed direct cargo access, a general registration point, and left-luggage storage.
Hall 2 — Specialized Testing, Powder Characterization, and Media. Hall 2 combined testing instrumentation, powder characterization equipment, and laboratory informatics with the fair’s media and publishing presence. Prominent booths included Tosoh India, Hosokawa Micron India, Labvantage Solutions, Labvizons, Holmarc Opto-Mechatronics, and Veego Instruments. This hall also hosted the event’s industry media and publishing partners, including Neo Science Hub at Booth B44, alongside the fairground’s central cafeterias.
Hall 3 — The Chromatography Heartland, Live Arenas, and International Pavilion. Hall 3 was the primary destination for separation-science specialists, with exhibitors including Advanced Chromatography Technologies (ACT), Apex Chromatography, LCGC Chrom Consumables, VICI AG International, MMM Group, and Sympatec India. The hall also featured the International Pavilion, showcasing specialized analytical hardware from European and North American manufacturers, the MMI Executive Club Lounge and private corporate meeting suites, a dedicated fine-dining area, and the Live Experiment Arena — the fair’s venue for real-time instrument demonstrations.
The East Wing: High-Purity Chemicals and Tier-One Instrumentation
Hall 4 — High-Purity Chemicals, Reagents, Casework, and Business Matchmaking. Hall 4 accommodated life-science consumables, reference standards, fine chemicals, cleanroom engineering, and cryogenic storage systems. Notable exhibitors included Avantor Performance Materials, Godrej & Boyce, SD Fine Chem, Charles River Laboratories India, Vibgyor Instruments (Booth C14), Buchiglas India, and Elementar India. The hall additionally hosted key business-support facilities: the Buyer-Seller Forum, dedicated B2B matchmaking lounges, and a media podcast recording studio. Coherent Market Insights, the event’s Knowledge Partner, operated from Booth B75 here, alongside a dedicated Knowledge Partner Lounge.
Hall 5 — The Multinational Instrument Hub, China Pavilion, and Conference Enclaves. As the largest structure on the fairgrounds, Hall 5 brought together the sector’s global tier-one instrument manufacturers, with large exhibition spaces for Agilent Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shimadzu India, Waters India, Merck Life Science, Sciex India, Carl Zeiss, Eppendorf India, Hitachi High-Tech, and Sotax India — covering mass spectrometry, chromatography, automation robotics, spectroscopic platforms, and bioprocess systems. Hall 5 also housed the China Pavilion, grouping Chinese suppliers of basic glassware, optical components, heating mantles, and chemical synthesis intermediates, illustrating the fair’s upstream material supply lines. The upper level held the primary conference auditorium, technical presentation rooms, a VIP hospitality suite, and an information kiosk.
