Hyderabad- based Veera Tactical Dynamics, a leading Indian company, has signed an important memorandum of understanding (MoU) with S Carfil S.A., a well-known subsidiary of CN Romarm SA in Romania. This state-owned Romanian enterprise has over a century of experience in making armaments, ammunition, dual-use products, and equipment.

The MoU was signed on May 29th at the Embassy of India in Romania and includes two major agreements. First, S Carfil SA will import and distribute the EXO 2 range extensively in India. Second, Veera Dynamics will produce an innovative nano technology-based anti-fire product with technology transferred from S Carfil SA.

This collaboration marks a significant move in strengthening the relationship between India and Romania. The Embassy of India in Romania and the Society of Indian Defence Manufacturers (SIDM) played key roles in making this strategic partnership possible.

This agreement highlights Veera Tactical Dynamics’ dedication to utilizing advanced technology and expertise from global partners. This will help them improve their product range and contribute to India’s defense and security sector. Through this partnership, Veera Tactical Dynamics aims to enhance its offerings and support India’s growing defense needs.
