“In Q3 FY25, we delivered a healthy revenue growth of 24% YoY with a great adjusted EBITDA margin of 27.7%, led by ongoing outperformance in chronic, significant recovery in OTC, and consolidation of BSV,” stated Rajeev Juneja, vice chairman and managing director of Mankind Pharma. OTC’s 30% YoY sales increase was bolstered by previous year’s strategic efforts.
With an emphasis on protecting branding, increasing productivity, and implementing best practices to guarantee long-term sustainable growth, the integration of BSV is proceeding as planned. 2024 has been a year of transformation; BSV now has a high-entry barrier super specialty portfolio, a fast-growing specialty chronic section, a consistent base business, and a high potential over-the-counter company.
