Facing the challenges of daily life is in itself a formidable challenge. Those who can act at the right moment, anticipate situations, and apply their experience wisely often handle unexpected problems with remarkable ease. For such individuals, life’s hurdles sometimes become a cakewalk.
Taking independent decisions and planning with confidence is a hallmark of true intelligence. Each successful step strengthens one’s self-belief and gradually builds courage — what we often call GUTS.
On the other hand, some people seek God’s support in every situation. They pray for strength to overcome problems and continuously share their desires and struggles with the Divine. When they succeed, they credit their achievements to God and offer their heartfelt gratitude. For them, confidence grows through faith.
Both paths are meaningful. But when courage and God’s support are combined, the result becomes extraordinary.
Take the example of Arjuna. He was a fearless warrior capable of making his own decisions, yet he dedicated his victories to Lord Krishna. He relied on his skills and intelligence, but also sought Krishna’s guidance when needed. This combination of self-effort and divine support transformed every battle into a meaningful triumph.
Therefore, wise people understand:
True victory is a blend of one’s own intelligence, strengthened and guided by God.
However, it is also important to remember that we cannot win every time. Certain situations may remain beyond our capability. That is why it is wise to first assess our capacity, invest our best possible efforts, and then seek God’s support. When we unite our courage with divine blessings, we gain additional strength, clarity, and direction — and this brings us closer to victory.
