Exhibitor Participation

Exhibitors from both Indian and international companies are invited to participate, with a focus on showcasing materials, products, and services related to the aerospace and defence sectors. The manual specifies that agents are not permitted to display exhibits, ensuring that only authorized manufacturers and their representatives are present.

To ensure compliance with security regulations, exhibitors must declare any weapons or weapon systems they intend to display, confirming that these items have been rendered inoperable or are dummies. This process requires special approval from the Ministry of Defence, highlighting the event’s commitment to safety and security.

Logistics and Facilities

The event will feature a dedicated Media & Convention Centre to facilitate media coverage and press conferences, allowing exhibitors to promote their products effectively. Additionally, a Business Centre equipped with essential services such as internet access, fax machines, and photocopiers will be available to support exhibitors during the event.

For those exhibiting large or heavy items, special arrangements must be made in advance with the Aero India support team to ensure proper handling and display.

Admission and Access

Admission to AERO INDIA-2025 will be strictly regulated, with entry granted only through valid badges for exhibitors and invitation tickets for visitors. The manual emphasizes that minors under the age of 18 are not permitted on-site during the event, ensuring a professional environment.

AERO INDIA-2025 is set to be a pivotal event for the aerospace and defence industries, fostering collaboration and innovation. With its comprehensive exhibitor guidelines, logistical support, and emphasis on security, the event is poised to attract significant attention from industry stakeholders worldwide. As the countdown to February 2025 begins, anticipation builds for what promises to be an extraordinary showcase of technological advancements and strategic partnerships in the aerospace and defence sectors.
