With five halls, dedicated pavilions for international and Chinese exhibitors, and dozens of instrument and pharma-equipment companies exhibiting, this practical walkthrough maps the fairground — registration points, hall layouts, booth numbering, and where to find key exhibitor categories — for first-time attendees.
HITEX’s fairground for analytica Lab India 2026 is organised around five exhibition halls, laid out in two clusters connected by internal walkways: Halls 1, 2 and 3 form one wing, and Halls 4 and 5 the other, with Hall 5 also carrying the conference rooms and VIP lunch area on its first floor. Two registration counters serve visitors — one near Hall 3, one near Hall 1 — and two visitor car parks flank the venue.
Finding your way around
Each hall follows the same lettered-zone booth-numbering system (A, B, C, D blocks, each numbered sequentially), which repeats across halls, so a booth code alone does not identify the hall — check the hall number printed alongside it. Amenities are distributed across the wings rather than centralised: cafeterias sit in Halls 1 and 2, a Fine Dine Area in Hall 3, and the Blackboard Restaurant sits between the two registration points. Prayer rooms are available in Halls 1 and 4, and restrooms are marked at multiple points in every hall. Left-luggage service is available near the Hall 1 registration counter.
Hall 3 hosts the Live Experiment Arena and a dedicated International Pavilion for overseas exhibitors, alongside the MMI Executive Club Lounge. Hall 4 is built around the Buyer-Seller Forum, with a Podcast recording space and Coffee Lounge nearby. Hall 5, the largest of the five, carries a China Pavilion for the fair’s substantial Chinese exhibitor contingent, an information kiosk, and the stairs up to the conference rooms and VIP lunch area.
What’s where: exhibitor categories by hall
Hall 1 leans toward general laboratory equipment and pharmaceutical process machinery — names such as Labindia Instruments, Remi Elektrotechnik, Electrolab India and Erweka (India) sit alongside Smart Labtech Pvt. Ltd. (booth C01). Hall 2 mixes instrument suppliers such as Tosoh India and Hosokawa Micron India with several media and trade-outreach companies, including Neo Science Hub (booth B44). Hall 3 is chromatography-heavy — Advanced Chromatography Technologies, Apex Chromatography, LCGC Chrom Consumables and VICI AG International are among the exhibitors — reflecting its role alongside the International Pavilion.
Hall 4 carries a broad spread of pharmaceutical, chemical and packaging-adjacent suppliers, from Avantor Performance Materials and Godrej & Boyce to S D Fine Chem and Charles River Laboratories India. Hall 5, the fair’s largest, is where most of the globally recognised analytical-instrument brands are concentrated — Agilent Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Shimadzu India, Waters (India), Merck Life Science, Sciex India, Carl Zeiss, Eppendorf India and Hitachi High-Tech among them — alongside a dense cluster of Chinese manufacturers in the China Pavilion, including Hangzhou Qiwei Instrument, Shanghai Titan Scientific and Ningbo Scientz Biotechnology.
